Guadagnuolo: Tribute to John Paul II

On April 1st, at the Knights of Columbus Museum in New Haven, an exhibition dedicated to John Paul II will open with artworks by Maestro Francesco Guadagnuolo, contemporary artist of Christian art.

The exhibit of the Maestro’s work, which will be on display for three months, is composed of 16 paintings representing his personal technique of bright colors,

rapid movements and essential brushstrokes which express the frame of mind of the subject.

Maestro Francesco Guadagnuolo’s artwork, dedicated to sacred themes, is considered by critics as totally innovative for having combined spirituality, humanity and everyday nature. On the occasion of the elevation of Blessed, the exhibition will be a tribute to John Paul II and to what he has represented and still represents to the entire Christian community, and not only, through his sufferance and actions.
